Job Details

We are seeking a Director, Cloud Partnerships & Business Development to join Procore's Strategic Partnerships team. This role is the key strategic contact for our AWS partnership, and future cloud partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategy for the Procore + AWS relationship.
  • Lead business development and cross-functional collaboration to drive Procore growth.
  • Develop and execute GTM plans (co-sell, pipeline, co-marketing).
  • Track and deliver key performance metrics.
  • Partner with AWS on long-term vision and partnership alignment.
  • Own and re-evaluate strategic alignment between Procore and AWS to accelerate customer adoption.
  • Identify ways to leverage partner and Procore sales teams for faster growth.
  • Ensure product roadmaps are aligned to optimize customer experience and performance.
  • Develop a compelling "Better Together" story demonstrating value to customers.
  • Differentiate Procore's offering and value proposition to become the preferred solution.
  • Direct contact for the AWS relationship, uniting partnership efforts across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, etc.
  • Drive full Procore AWS Partnership strategy & alignment.
  • Lead and facilitate Partnership QBRs and executive alignment.
  • Own global AWS co-sell targets and overall program.
  • Partner with in-field channel resources to connect Procore and AWS sales teams.
  • Develop joint demand generation strategies with Procore AWS Marketing Lead.
  • Develop GTM strategies (events, webinars, content).
  • Identify new business opportunities through co-innovation, co-marketing, and co-selling.
  • Support/contribute to a robust co-build roadmap.
  • Prioritize strategic AWS programs aligned with revenue growth.
  • Drive executive-level engagement with key internal stakeholders.
  • Drive AWS Marketplace optimization for continuous growth.
  • Communicate partnership successes internally.

Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in partner management or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience building and growing strategic partnerships.
  • Experience with cloud/hyperscaler partnerships.
  • Working knowledge of cloud marketplaces.
  • Analytical, data-driven, innovative, and a creative problem-solver.
  • Strong communication skills with senior leadership.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and cross-functional work.
  • Construction knowledge or AWS-specific experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
