About this role:

  • Be the main point of contact and lead the relationship with the client, prioritizing their satisfaction, measured through NPS, through a 360 understanding of the account and strategic priorities.
  • Manage multifunctional teams through non-hierarchical leadership to strengthen the relationship between NIQ and the client, while identifying opportunities to grow the business relationship.
  • Lead teams responsible for the relationship between NIQ and its main clients.
  • High methodological knowledge in NIQ and its products.
  • Ability to create positive relationships in complex environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate valuable relationships with the client as the main point of contact. Own the relationship, lead the account in coordination with Industry Insights, Account Development, and Client Response teams to provide comprehensive service.
  • Have a deep understanding of the client's strategic needs to define, execute, and monitor the client's account plan.
  • Generate positive links that translate into new sales opportunities for the company.
  • Elevate conversations within the client both at a strategic and service level.
  • Monitor service indicators and service model.
  • Capable of managing and coordinating work teams through non-hierarchical leadership.
  • Enjoy managing various projects in parallel and interdisciplinary manner.
