Job Details
Customer Engagement Manager will deeply engage and grow business relationships with existing accounts.
Focuses on growing CloudMoyo's services business including Consulting, Implementation, Integration, Analytics, GenAI, Application Development, and Managed Services.
Manages opportunities through all phases (prospecting, qualification, pursuit, close) using a sales process.
Develops relationships with key buyers and decision-makers, enabling client enterprise modernization.
Drives new sales in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through services upsell and cross-sell.
- Achieve revenue attainment.
- Communicate CloudMoyo's value proposition.
- Develop sales strategy and plans.
- Generate accurate account and opportunity plans.
- Identify and solve client issues.
- Navigate client organizations, identify key decision-makers.
- Work with matrixed organizations (pre-sales, marketing, delivery) for proposals and campaigns.
- Nurture client relationships and build trust.
- Track project delivery, highlight and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
- 12+ years selling/closing deals in top consulting/IT services firms.
- Experience growing existing services business (Consulting, Implementation, Integration, Analytics, GenAI, Application Development, Managed Services).
- Understand business problems solved by software for CPOs, CLOs, CIOs, CFOs.
- Articulate how integration and data optimize business processes.
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- Strong background meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in large, matrixed company environments.
- C-Level client relationship building experience.
- Team-oriented, leadership, teamwork, collaboration skills.
- High energy, decisiveness, ability to work in demanding environments.
- Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making abilities.

Compensation:
- Annual Compensation: $130,000 - $165,000 (Base)
- Variable: $40,000 - $60,000
- OTE: $170,000 - $225,000
