Job Details
The Customer Engagement Manager will grow business relationships of existing accounts, focusing on CloudMoyo’s services business which includes Consulting, Implementation, Integration, Analytics, GenAI, Application Development and Managed Services.
Responsibilities:
- Driving revenue growth in Services.
- Upsell and cross-sell to drive increased revenue.
- Achieving revenue attainment to quota.
- Communicating the company's value proposition.
- Developing sales strategy & plans.
- Generating and maintaining account plans.
- Identifying and solving client issues.
- Navigating complex organizations and interacting with management levels.
- Working with matrixed organizations to create sales proposals.
- Nurturing client relationships.
- Tracking project delivery and mitigating risks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12+ years selling/closing deals in top consulting/IT services firms.
- Experience in growing existing services business.
- Understanding business problems for CPO, CLO, CIO and CFO.
- Articulating how integration and data optimize business processes.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience working within a large, matrixed company environment.
- Experience with C-Level client relationship building.
- Team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiencies: Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence & Motivation
