Job Details
We are looking for a driven and energetic Director, Enterprise Sales to join our growing team! As Director, you will report to the Senior Director, Sales & Customer Success and lead a sales team responsible for protecting and growing revenues. You will play an integral part in revenue generation while leveraging our extensive technology portfolio to solve their clients’ business and IT needs.
- Account relationship management: cultivating and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders
- Account strategy: strategizing how to grow the revenue pool
- Supporting the sales teams: leading and coaching a team of deal experts
Duties:
- Performance Management: Managing sales teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Sales / Customer Retention: Engaging in high level sales meetings with potential and existing key accounts
- Staffing / Employee Relations: Interview and hire management team. Oversee the professional development of organization.
What it takes to catch our eye:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of directly relevant work experience
- 5+ years of people leadership and management experience
- Experience in selling complex telecommunications and technology
