Full-Time Director, Field Operations

• Leading a multi-state field force of technicians and supervisors.
• Serving as the primary Regional Field Operations point of contact in union negotiations.
• Managing activities in a changing technological environment.
• Ensuring customer service meets company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee internet and telephony service provisioning and network maintenance.
• Motivate employees to deliver service at the lowest cost.
• Manage personnel training and schedules.
• Select competent leaders and develop staff.
• Contribute to financial objectives and sales programs.
• Implement and monitor the Corporate Safety Program.
• Oversee outage management and drive performance improvements.
• Frequent travel within the region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• 4+ years of manager-level leadership experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage financial data and budgets.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
