The ServiceNow Inspire Value organization is part of the Global Sales Go-To-Market team. They design and lead strategic engagements to align ServiceNow's platform with CxO business transformation goals. The team builds trusted advisor relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
The Chief of Strategic Initiatives will lead key Inspire Value strategic topics and drive the operating rhythm. This includes People, Process, and Platform strategies, working closely with the Global Group VP, GEO, and Major Area Inspire Value leadership to elevate the Inspire Value brand.
This role will also work with Strategy and Operations leadership and stay informed on broader ServiceNow and Global Sales priorities, advising on effective messaging and channels. A strategic thinker, problem-solver, and collaborative team player is needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating strategy, initiatives, and operating plans for Strategic Initiatives to drive success and growth.
- Defining and executing an operating cadence (OKRs, forums, quarterly reviews, tracking indicators).
- Leading Inspire Value's People strategy to create a positive work environment.
- Driving best-in-class project management for initiatives.
- Improving operational excellence through identified initiatives.
- Developing compelling recommendations and results.
- Building internal business partner relationships and leveraging trends/opportunities that align with the Path to $20B strategy.
- Assisting in special projects to scale the Inspire Value practice.
- Leveraging listening tools and iterating plans/messaging accordingly.
- Considering AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience (preferably in management consulting, tech strategy, or similar).
- Proven success in guiding global initiatives.
- High energy, disciplined execution skills, and a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to advise senior leaders on strategy, messaging, and engagement.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience building relationships and driving consensus.
- Knowledge of enterprise software and the SaaS industry.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Compensation: $180,900 - $316,600 base, plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
