Maricich Health is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Agency Growth to accelerate client success and fuel agency expansion. The key metric for success in this role is lead generation and closing deals. This strategic leader combines deep healthcare industry knowledge with advanced business development and marketing expertise – and a passion for cultivating high-value client relationships that drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own lead generation and deal conversion.
- Partner with CEO to design and execute the agency’s growth strategy.
- Champion and actively leverage CRM platforms.
- Maintain and continuously improve the agency’s new business development process.
- Oversee the development of compelling marketing and business development content.
- Lead the development of insight-driven brand positioning, segmentation, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Leverage broad knowledge of healthcare sector dynamics to shape strategic discussions and identify growth opportunities tailored to each segment.
- Represent Maricich Health at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to elevate visibility and foster connections.
- 10+ years of healthcare experience in brand strategy, marketing, business development, or related roles within an agency or consultancy.
- Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communicator, and relationship builder with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
- Strong history of driving business development and agency growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools.
