Full-Time Director of Banking & Private Equity

What will you do?

The Solutions Director will drive U.S. expansion by identifying and understanding client challenges in banking, private equity, and venture capital. This role blends strategic business development with technical collaboration to deliver tailored, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Facilitate clients in exploring and understanding business challenges, delivering actionable, data-driven solutions.
• Participate in consulting and implementation projects as a subject matter expert.
• Define project scope, tasks, and create project plans aligned with client objectives.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations for proposals, project updates, and solution delivery.
• Act as a translator between business stakeholders and technical/data teams.
• Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify business opportunities and support business development.
• Support other divisions (analytics engineering, data platforms, data science).

Requirements:

• 7-10 years consultancy experience in financial sector (banking, private equity, venture capital).
• Sales-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record in delivering complex solutions.
• Strong project management skills.
• International experience preferred. Hungarian professionals with global experience encouraged.
• Willingness to travel internationally (around 10%).
