Full-Time Director of Business Development

• Identify potential clients and research their operations.
• Meet with potential clients to define their needs.
• Coordinate meetings between clients and Operations staff.
• Participate in industry events.
• Develop solutions and manage relationships with partners.
• Lead business planning activities.
• Manage the transformation of opportunities into wins.
• Conduct after-action reviews.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy in CRM.
• Lead the screening process of potential business deals.
• Contribute to proposal development and submission.
• Define and enhance sales and operational processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years in operations, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Experience capturing large business development programs (>$150M TCV).
• Proven success in Federal contracting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Federal Government online tools.
• Skills in opportunity qualification, capture strategy, and customer relationship development.
• Experience in teaming agreements and competitive pricing.
• Knowledge of facilities management and support services.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Superior critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Results orientation and accountability.
