Director of Client Services
Strategic Liaison: Strategic liaison for clients and McFadyen Digital. Promotes creatively thoughtful work and partners with clients.
Brand & Category Expertise: Demonstrated experience with clients focused on innovation and creative marketing technologies.
Account Leadership: Experienced navigating global, integrated account leadership teams and working with global brands.
Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer engagement, growth, marketing, brand development, and result-oriented approach for clients.
Leadership Experience: Minimum 15-20 years of leadership experience to shape client partnership vision and influence revenue.
Account Building: Instrumental in building accounts with strong rapport and long-standing productive relationships.
Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with senior executive team and cross-functional stakeholders.
Travel Requirements: 25% to 50% travel may be required.
- Generate Profitable Revenue: Drive revenue generation for the company.
- Develop & Execute Client Service Program: Align the program with business goals and objectives.
- Become a Valued Contributor: Learn client business, provide relevant advice and value.
- Grow Accounts: Identify spend/budget areas, pursue and engage new sponsor relationships to increase account growth.
- Collaborate on Offerings: Work with delivery teams to develop new offerings aligned with clients' needs.
Other Responsibilities:
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for client account matters.
- Contract Management: Manage contracting processes for new SOWs, renewals, and change orders.
- Marketing Support: Support and optimize marketing team efforts for valuable content.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams.
- Sales Process Adherence: Adhere to sales processes and document progress in CRM.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuous improvement through coaching and self-feedback.
- Account Community Building: Foster a community amongst accounts.
Education & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree: In business, marketing, or a related field.
- Revenue Growth: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic & Tactical Thinking: Ability to see the 'forest and the trees'.
- Innovative Mindset: Innovative, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Time Management & Organization: Strong time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills.

- eCommerce/Marketplace Experience: Experience working with eCommerce or Marketplace platforms a must.
- Related Technologies: Experience with related technologies (PIM, CPQ, CMS, Search and Navigation, Headless Technologies, BI Platforms, ERP, Call Center, OMS) a big plus.
- Digital Marketing Tools: Experience with digital marketing technology/marketing automation tools a plus.
- Agency Services: Experience representing marketing agency services a plus.
- Systems Integrators/Consultancies: Experience with large systems integrators a plus.
- MS Office Proficiency: Highly skilled in MS Office (PPT, Word, and Excel).
