Full-Time Director of Client Services

• Promote creatively thoughtful work and be a true partner to clients.
• Demonstrate experience with brand and category (specifically, a client focused on innovation and creative marketing technologies).
• Experience navigating a global, integrated account leadership team and worked with global brands.

Responsibilities:

1. Generate profitable revenue for the company.
2. Develop and execute the company's Client Service Program.
3. Become a valued contributor to the client by understanding their business.
4. Identify opportunities to grow accounts year over year.
5. Collaborate with delivery team on new offerings.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client account matters. Manage all contracting processes. Support and optimize marketing efforts. Coordinate and drive sales efforts. Adhere to sales processes and document progress in CRM. Keep abreast of industry trends. Foster a community amongst accounts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 15-20 years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience working with eCommerce or Marketplace platforms.
• Experience with digital marketing technology / marketing automation tools.

Travel Requirement: 25% to 50%
