Director of Customer Success at Deel
Oversee and manage the Customer Journey for Enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the APAC customer success strategy, working with executive team.
- Drive strategy for Enterprise segment.
- Build and lead the customer success function.
- Develop deep relationships with largest customers, serving as a strategic partner.
- Build cross-functional workflows with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Activate and renew customer base, acting as customer advocate.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in customer success leadership.
- Experience working cross-jurisdiction at unicorn start-ups or big tech.
- Strong understanding of Payroll (advantageous).
- Experience in organizational design, performance frameworks, and data-driven success measurement.
- Track record of achieving metrics and deploying expansion plans.
- Experience introducing and launching new technologies.
- Relentless execution ethic and energy.
