Director of Customer Success at Deel

Oversee and manage the Customer Journey for Enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the APAC customer success strategy, working with executive team.
  • Drive strategy for Enterprise segment.
  • Build and lead the customer success function.
  • Develop deep relationships with largest customers, serving as a strategic partner.
  • Build cross-functional workflows with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • Activate and renew customer base, acting as customer advocate.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in customer success leadership.
  • Experience working cross-jurisdiction at unicorn start-ups or big tech.
  • Strong understanding of Payroll (advantageous).
  • Experience in organizational design, performance frameworks, and data-driven success measurement.
  • Track record of achieving metrics and deploying expansion plans.
  • Experience introducing and launching new technologies.
  • Relentless execution ethic and energy.
