The Director of Customer Support, Sales is responsible for developing and executing strategies that grow aftermarket and small-project sales with existing airport customers. This role combines strategic development with tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on existing airport customers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of customer support sales activities.
- Maintain awareness of planned airport capital projects.
- Present regular updates on sales activities to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare timely, accurate proposals.
- Collaborate with BEUMER Group’s Airport Headquarters.
- Partner with Marketing for market intelligence.
- Interface with internal departments to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
- Conduct customer requirement analyses, develop solutions, and participate in negotiations.
- Support smooth handover of awarded projects.
- Adhere to BEUMER’s policies and business ethics standards.
Annual compensation range: $160,000.00 - $170,000.00 annually
