As the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll play a critical role in building and executing strategies that acquire and nurture leads, drive qualified users, reduce churn, and upsell subscriptions.

What you’ll get to do:

  1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute a data-driven lifecycle marketing strategy that drives top-of-funnel acquisition and nurtures account growth.
  2. Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid media, in-app, SEO, direct mail).
  3. Funnel Optimization: Own the end-to-end marketing funnel.
  4. Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing demand generation team.
  5. Analytics & Reporting: Guide data hygiene, improve reporting capabilities, and provide actionable insights.
  6. Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and others.
  7. Tech Stack Optimization: Oversee marketing operations and optimization of key tools.
  8. Content Marketing: Collaborate with product marketing, content, and design teams.
  9. Partner Marketing: Support partner marketing efforts.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on demand generation.
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Amplitude.
  • Hands-on track record of driving growth.
  • Deep understanding of PLG customer journeys.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Passion for rapid testing, learning, and iterating.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
