As a Director of Global Account Management at Vention, you will build and lead a world-class account management organization focused on our largest enterprise customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a global account strategy to grow our largest customers into strategic, multi-million dollar accounts.
  • Team Development: Assess, coach, and elevate the current enterprise sales/account management team. Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as executive sponsor for top accounts, building C-level relationships and driving trust-based partnerships.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive significant expansion revenue through cross-sell, upsell, and global footprint expansion.
  • Operating Rhythm: Establish and lead a disciplined operating cadence across weekly pipeline reviews, monthly forecast calls, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Application Engineering, Solutions Architects and Operations to deliver seamless enterprise experiences.
What You Bring to the Table
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales, account management, or customer leadership experience in technology, manufacturing, or industrial automation.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling a global account program with Fortune 500 or large industrial customers.
  • Demonstrated success growing accounts from hundreds of thousands to multi-million dollar engagements.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Experience building and leading high-performance teams, including coaching and developing talent.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and operational execution skills.
