Your Mission:As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Set ambitious revenue goals and KPIs while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives. Initiate demand generation initiatives while collaborating with marketing, account management, and account executive teams. Collaborate for a seamless customer experience and drive retention.
- Team Development & Management: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Group Sales Managers, fostering a high-performance culture. Establish clear performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and implement development plans.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and CRM tools to monitor performance, forecast trends, and optimize processes. Use insights to drive strategy adjustments.
- Relationship Building & Negotiation: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers for long-term partnerships. Represent Engine in high-stakes negotiations and industry events.
- Process Innovation: Identify and implement innovative strategies, best practices, and process improvements. Act as a change agent to enhance efficiency and customer service.
- Escalation Management: Serve as the final escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring swift resolution.
- Travel: Occasional travel (up to 5%) to meet clients and attend events.
What You’ll Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in travel tech, hospitality, or related industries.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and secure strategic partnerships.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and sales expertise.
