About the Role
As the Director of Product Management for Cloud Solutions, you will lead the definition, development, and go-to-market strategies for our Cloud Solutions platform. This high-impact, visible role requires strong collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, UX, Customer Success, and Support to drive the success of ServiceNow’s innovative cloud security and operations solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the voice of the customer, owning the user experience and driving product enhancements in collaboration with other PM leaders.
- Define product specifications, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria, working closely with engineering teams.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and execute product release cycles.
- Analyze the competitive landscape, identify opportunities for differentiation, and address market disruptions.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management with SaaS or cloud-based products.
- 5+ years of experience in security, cloud ops software.
- Solid understanding of popular security tools such as Wiz, Tenable, Checkmarx, Snyk, Palo Alto Prisma Cloud, and more.
- Strong knowledge of cloud operations and cost management products such as Flexera, Cloud Health.
- Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
- Understanding of pricing of Cloud Products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
