The Senior Product Manager will report to the Group Product Manager of Lending.
As the Senior Product Manager, you will:
- Own the vision and strategy for your product area, defining goals and success with clear measurable objectives and key results.
- Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, negotiating with peers and stakeholders to get buy-in.
- Define requirements for innovative experiences to simplify the application, decisioning, loan customization, and signing process for our customers.
- Execute product commitments effectively to deliver meaningful business and customer impact, collaborating with cross-functional Engineering, Operations, and Business teams.
- Communicate project updates and results to key stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Work with Data and Research to identify new opportunities and generate actionable insights to inform your product roadmap.
- Inspire and lead your product squads with vision, passion, and drive.
- Willingness to travel to the Oakland office monthly to collaborate with other Earnies.
About You: 5-7 years of experience in Product Management (or similar) roles bridging business and technology. Successful track record in building and scaling consumer-facing products. Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization across devices. Analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate and anchor decisions in data. Ability to influence at a team level, and drive alignment among peers and stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill key takeaways quickly. Understanding of software development and agile methodologies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel to the Oakland office monthly to collaborate with other Earnies.
Even Better: Product experience in lending or consumer financial services. Familiarity with risk and underwriting solutions. MBA preferred.
Where: This role will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Pay Range: $211,000—$239,000 USD
