We are seeking an experienced Head of Product Marketing to drive product launches and strategy across self-serve and direct sales.
Responsibilities
- Oversee go-to-market strategy and messaging for our product portfolio.
- Define and validate ideal customer profiles.
- Develop differentiated messaging based on customer and market insights.
- Own and contribute to product and feature launches, and cross-functional rollouts.
- Articulate product value, benefits, use cases, and customer solutions to a global audience.
- Create quarterly GTM narratives to drive sales and marketing enablement.
- Create compelling messaging, materials (emails, blog posts, etc.) to support sales efforts.
- Educate sales on product positioning and customer pain point solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, design, engineering, marketing, and sales.
- Collaborate with customer success to improve account retention.
- Interact with customers through support channels and surveys.
- Analyze market insights, competition, customer success, and sales data to inform product roadmap development.
- Improve onboarding, retention, activations, and upsell through data analysis.
- Analyze the competitive landscape, industry trends, and thought leaders.
- Evolve product positioning to gain market share.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or developer tools.
- Exceptional written, verbal, visual communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Passion for understanding customer needs.
- 2+ years of experience managing direct reports and teams.
- Experience operationalizing strategic plans.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a "Get Stuff Done" attitude.
- Highly collaborative, ownership-oriented, and accountable.
- Experience with Product Led Growth, global customer bases, and freemium models (preferred).
Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 (Full-time)
