Full-Time Director of Product Marketing, Customer Workflows

Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and action-oriented product marketer to accelerate the business growth of ServiceNow's Sales & Order Management (SOM) area. This role requires strong collaboration within the product marketing team and with business partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop persona-based and AI-driven messaging for Sales & Order Management.
• Create engaging sales and marketing content (e.g., keynotes, case studies, videos, ebooks, infographics, blog posts).
• Manage website content to reflect the latest messaging.
• Represent ServiceNow at industry conferences and events, including speaker selection, messaging support, and event staff management.
• Develop and deliver sales assets and enablement to support sales team performance and pipeline closure.
• Collaborate with technical product marketers and product managers to define compelling demo narratives.
• Execute product launches, encompassing messaging, positioning, internal communications, and field/event marketing.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise software product marketing.
• Deep understanding of sales and order management, CRM, customer service, and related enterprise solutions.
• Strong persona-based messaging and storytelling skills.
• Excellent leadership and management skills to interact effectively with teams and third parties.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting to enterprise executives in both digital and in-person settings.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with social media and community participation.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for sales efforts and industry events.
