Job Summary: The Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) will drive TradeCentric's revenue growth and operational efficiency. As the first hire, you'll lead the RevOps function, reporting to the CFO and collaborating with VP Sales, VP Marketing, and VP Customer Success. This role is key to enabling the go-to-market strategy through accurate reporting, data-driven insights, streamlined processes, and cross-team collaboration. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a passion for building scalable systems, and experience aligning revenue-focused teams.
Report to: Chief Financial Officer
Pay Range: $150,000-$170,000 base salary, with a potential OTE of up to $200,000.
Work Location: 100% Remote. We prefer candidates in Charlottesville, VA; Minneapolis, MN; Raleigh, NC; Chicago, IL; or Boston, MA; but will consider others.
Essential Functions:
- Strategic Leadership: Build/lead RevOps capabilities to enable go-to-market growth and efficiency.
- Analytics & Insights: Develop revenue analytics dashboards using Salesforce and BI tools for executive and board-level reporting.
- Forecasting: Lead quarterly ARR forecasting (new, expansion, losses/contractions) with Sales and Customer Success.
- Salesforce Architecture: Oversee Salesforce admins to ensure optimal system configuration, data integrity, and reporting for business performance visibility.
- Commission Strategy: Design and implement commission structures with sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Revenue Planning: Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to analyze pipeline performance, forecast bookings/revenue, and identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align processes and optimize the buyer journey with sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices in lead management, opportunity tracking, and customer lifecycle metrics.
- Technology Rollout: Lead implementation of BI tools for data visualization and decision-making.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs for go-to-market teams and provide insights for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or quantitative field
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related field
- Strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS and subscription models
- Proven ability to enable revenue growth through analytics, process improvement, and technology
- Experience designing commission structures and incentive plans
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce configuration and reporting
- Experience implementing and managing BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Cross-functional collaboration and influence skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including board-level reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA)
- Experience in a private equity-backed company
- Experience with a growth-stage company, scaling from $10M to $50M
