Opportunity: We seek a high-performing Director of Sales to build and manage our sales team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing our international sales team.
- Actively training and developing our sales talent.
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan to expand our customer base.
- Partnering with HR on recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales team employees.
- Driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales.
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts.
- Presenting sales, revenue, and expense reports.
- Maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented attitude.
