At NiCE, we challenge our limits and play to win. We're seeking a Director of Sales to lead a Digital Solutions Sales Team. This role supports advanced digital portfolio solution sales with CX Americas direct sellers. The ideal candidate will deeply understand digital technologies like conversational AI, IVA, knowledge management, and CCaaS.
How will you make an impact?
- Develop and execute strategic sales territory plans to drive revenue growth for NiCE's advanced digital solutions
- Lead a high-performing sales team of 6-8 individual contributor
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
- Responsible for managing team composition, including recruitment and separation processes
Have you got what it takes?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in individual contributor role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of digital technologies and trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
