The Purpose of the RoleSocial Nature seeks a Director of Sales to lead our B2B sales team and drive revenue growth across North America. The role reports to the CEO. The Director of Sales will focus on sales team support and working with other teams to uncover growth opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Foster a high-performance sales culture.
- Implement and refine sales methodology.
- Enhance sales velocity and conversion rates.
- Build cross-functional relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing to build sales pipelines.
Team Development & Coaching
- Oversee, develop, and grow a high-performance sales team.
- Develop a comprehensive sales coaching program.
- Act as a player/coach, working alongside reps.
Pipeline Management, Reporting, & Forecasting
- Report on KPIs and develop forecasts.
- Optimize sales processes using data-driven insights.
- Leverage AI and sales intelligence.
What you will need to succeed
- 3+ years leading a B2B sales team at a high-growth tech company.
- Experience selling digital solutions to CPG industry.
- Track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in scaling SDR and AE teams.
- Proven success in implementing sales methodology.
- Strong understanding of metrics-driven sales.
- Excellent leadership & coaching skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales technology.
