Job Details

New Era Technology is looking for a Director of Sales Operations to optimize the sales organization’s performance through strategic planning, operational efficiency, and analytics. This leader will align go-to-market teams, streamline sales processes, build effective tools, manage sales support functions, and drive data-informed decisions.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
  • Strategic Sales Operations Leadership: Define and lead the vision for scalable and effective sales operations that support growth goals.
  • Process Optimization & Infrastructure: Design, implement, and refine sales processes to improve accuracy, forecasting, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Team Leadership & Sales Support: Build, lead, and develop a team across quoting, renewals, and sales support functions.
  • Sales Effectiveness & Enablement: Lead the development and execution of sales tools, playbooks, and enablement strategies.
  • Data & Reporting: Analyze sales data and market trends to generate insights and recommendations.
COMPETENCY:
  • Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional sales support teams.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies in a sales environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency.
  • Deep experience with CRMs (ConnectWise, HubSpot) and sales tech stack (forecasting, quoting, automation tools).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales operations or sales management, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven success in high-growth, B2B technology or professional services organizations.
