Full-Time Director of Small Business Acquisitions

Who you are: This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading and motivating a team of Small Business Account Managers (SBAM) and Community Acquisition Managers (CAM). The role ensures customer success, develops strategies for increased move-ins and lead conversions, and maintains the APFM network. Team performance is evaluated monthly. This role demands a combination of analytical and sales skills, commitment to a seamless consumer experience, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will do:

1. Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing Account Management team.
2. Provide strong leadership to mentor and guide team members for maximum conversion.
3. Train and manage SBAMs and CAMs to build relationships and educate customers on APFM partnership value.
4. Manage team performance to optimize outcomes.
5. Achieve and exceed monthly revenue goals.
6. Prepare and report on market performance to senior leadership.
7. Incorporate APFM Values into all interactions.
8. Handle additional duties as needed.
9. Quarterly overnight travel for divisional and organizational meetings, and senior living conferences may be required.
10. Flexible work schedule (8am-5pm) with month-end support offered.

Home Office Requirements:

• Designated home office space with privacy and high-speed internet.
• Maintain a distraction-free schedule.
• No childcare or pets allowed during work hours.

Compensation:

• Salaried, exempt position
• Base Salary: $90,000 - $95,000
• Variable Bonus: $27,000 - $28,500
