Who you are: This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading and motivating a team of Small Business Account Managers (SBAM) and Community Acquisition Managers (CAM). The role ensures customer success, develops strategies for increased move-ins and lead conversions, and maintains the APFM network. Team performance is evaluated monthly. This role demands a combination of analytical and sales skills, commitment to a seamless consumer experience, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you will do:
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing Account Management team.
- Provide strong leadership to mentor and guide team members for maximum conversion.
- Train and manage SBAMs and CAMs to build relationships and educate customers on APFM partnership value.
- Manage team performance to optimize outcomes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue goals.
- Prepare and report on market performance to senior leadership.
- Incorporate APFM Values into all interactions.
- Handle additional duties as needed.
- Quarterly overnight travel for divisional and organizational meetings, and senior living conferences may be required.
- Flexible work schedule (8am-5pm) with month-end support offered.
Home Office Requirements:
- Designated home office space with privacy and high-speed internet.
- Maintain a distraction-free schedule.
- No childcare or pets allowed during work hours.
Compensation:
- Salaried, exempt position
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $95,000
- Variable Bonus: $27,000 - $28,500
