Job Summary: ServiceNow is on a mission to expand and enhance the ServiceNow skills of our partner ecosystem in the Americas. Reporting to the Senior Director of Partner Talent Excellence, this pivotal role of Director, Regional Partner Enablement, AMS, will be instrumental in creating regional strategy, working closely with regional stakeholders and partners, and managing a small, fast-paced team.
This individual will be instrumental in understanding existing and upcoming solutions and sales approaches to provide the regional partner ecosystem with the tools, resources, skills, and knowledge necessary to accelerate ramp times, improve overall effectiveness and efficiency, demonstrate differentiated value to customers, and improve partner sales productivity and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with ServiceNow partner sales management and partner program teams to identify, prioritize, develop, and execute successful enablement strategies.
- Lead the regional partner enablement team to enhance the strategy to optimize and maximize partners.
- Develop programs that enable and encourage partner growth.
- Identify gaps in partner resources, knowledge, and processes, and work with leadership to address them.
- Build enablement relationships with strategic partners and create joint plans.
- Engage regularly with key partners to monitor enablement process, requirements, and future goals.
- Provide regular updates to partner management on partner learning and completion.
- Leverage assets and partner with other ServiceNow organizations.
- Build comprehensive knowledge of partner training programs, certification offerings, course roadmap, funding programs, and partner programs.
- Produce and provide metrics reporting and insights into initiatives.
- Participate in the organization, execution, and delivery of enablement workshops, virtual and on-demand sessions.
- Establish fluent channels of feedback, participation, and support from internal and external organizations.
- Work with partner leaders to establish training plans and curriculum.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years experience in program-driven enablement within IT or software.
- Experience successfully executing advanced enablement programs.
- Experience in SaaS industry and multinational technology companies.
- Experience leading a team with a track record of success.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Understanding of sales lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven track record in driving and executing enablement, training, and communication programs.
- Strong project management and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to lead, collaborate, and manage education initiatives.
- Proven ability to obtain a strong understanding of workflow offerings.
- Experience in high-level program development, creation, launch, and execution.
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
