Job Details
Director, Renewals Management at Dataiku will drive the end-to-end contract renewal process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned contracts.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop value propositions to meet customer needs.
- Drive live customer engagements and negotiate agreements.
- Develop strategies to maximize renewal rates and minimize churn.
- Involve Customer Success and sales leadership when needed.
- Own contract processes (reviewing details, quote creation, dealboard maintenance, etc.).
- Identify at-risk accounts and develop renewal strategies.
- Partner with Customer Success and Rev Ops.
- Identify opportunities to expand Dataiku's value.
- Establish strong relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in customer-facing roles (sales, account management, etc.).
- Experience managing and negotiating contracts.
- Experience developing pricing proposals.
- Experience with Salesforce, prospecting/engagement tools.
- Strong outbound prospecting skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software experience.
