Job Details

Director, Renewals Management at Dataiku will drive the end-to-end contract renewal process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned contracts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop value propositions to meet customer needs.
  • Drive live customer engagements and negotiate agreements.
  • Develop strategies to maximize renewal rates and minimize churn.
  • Involve Customer Success and sales leadership when needed.
  • Own contract processes (reviewing details, quote creation, dealboard maintenance, etc.).
  • Identify at-risk accounts and develop renewal strategies.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Rev Ops.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Dataiku's value.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in customer-facing roles (sales, account management, etc.).
  • Experience managing and negotiating contracts.
  • Experience developing pricing proposals.
  • Experience with Salesforce, prospecting/engagement tools.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software experience.
