Full-Time Director Solution Consulting Manufacturing

Director, Solution Consulting - Manufacturing will ensure an effective, motivated team to support innovation cycles within the Partner ecosystem for vertical and horizontal value-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of pre-sales solution architects delivering business strategy and thought leadership for ServiceNow and its ecosystem.
• Develop team members professionally.
• Develop and maintain a recruiting pipeline for future needs.
• Assign resources to joint solution development and evaluate progress.
• Assign resources to marketing and demand generation efforts.
• Evaluate team members regularly through observation, peer feedback, and sales feedback.
• Ensure resource alignment and skill set utilization.
• Manage daily activities (scheduling, expenses, reporting, commissions).

Qualifications:

• 7+ years building/leading pre-sales/professional services organizations (partner-aligned preferred).
• 7+ years experience coaching, mentoring, and managing senior-level professionals.
• Ability to collaborate with various levels (Architects, Managers, Directors, VPs, CXOs).
• Ability to motivate and inspire a growing team.
• Strong internal matrix leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Resource prioritization and internal compromise skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communication, decision facilitation, documentation, and managing expectations.
• Experience working with Service Providers, Outsourcers, and Global System Integrators.
• Ability to bridge strategic market outcomes to ServiceNow technology and compelling financial benefits.
• Marshall teams on partner transformation for monetization and market penetration.
• Change and ambiguity management skills.
