Director, Strategic Accounts (Retail Channel)

Responsibilities:
- Lead key retail accounts: Provide guidance, nurture long-term partnerships, drive growth.
- Identify growth opportunities: Product launches, market expansions, account retention strategies.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders: Consider unique needs, deliver commitments honestly and empathetically.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams: Design solutions meeting customer needs.
- Manage contracts, pricing, forecasting, inventory planning: Ensure efficient operations.
- Inspire and support team: Foster a nurturing environment.
- Share insights with leadership: Market trends, competitive dynamics, product performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, 8+ years managing national retail accounts.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Cooperative, solution-driven, adaptable mindset.
- Proven track record of delivering results.
- Experience supporting, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Skills in managing budgets, optimizing resources.
- Flexibility to travel 35%, work varied hours.

Salary & Benefits: $160,000 - $185,000 base salary, bonus opportunity. Comprehensive benefits.
Location: Remote based, preference to those near large metropolitan airports, up to 35% travel.
