THE ROLE The Director, Supply Chain Finance (Brand Partnerships) supports Partnership business with mission-critical analytics and insights.
The Supply Chain Finance team leads development of overall budget, rolling forecast and planning, and financial planning.
This role provides Supply Chain FP&A support to Partnership teams, owns forecast development, reporting of KPIs, business case development, and monthly variance reporting in Supply Chain.
The role partners closely with Supply Chain and Commercial teams for inputs and reporting/analytics to support scalable operations.
The Director also serves as a key business partner to the Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial leadership teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- FP&A partner supporting Partnership teams in forecasting and key metrics.
- Own the full Tracking & Monitoring process for Partnerships.
- Full ownership of Partnership COGS, inventory, and Gross Margin improvements.
- Responsible for Productivity (cost savings initiatives) across Partnerships.
- Develop scalable financial models and reports for business reviews, planning and budgeting.
- Quantify risks and opportunities including changes in business, vendor, and macro supply chain events.
- Collaborate within FP&A, leadership, and cross-functionally to improve operations.
- Collaborate with revenue/marketing FP&A teams for synchronicity.
- Prepare monthly variance analysis to improve forecasting and reporting.
- Champion FP&A needs for process/system improvements, data integrity and timelines.
- Automate, streamline and improve FP&A processes.
- Support other FP&A areas with financial forecasting.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Finance and FP&A
- Commercial Partnership or Supply Chain background preferred
- Understanding of operational metrics and financial performance
- NetSuite ERP and/or Adaptive experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Ability to build scalable financial models
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to switch gears
- Proactive approach to goals and communication
- Analyze large data sets for insights
- Strong time-management, people skills, and flexibility
- Acute attention to detail and ownership

Base salary range: $140,000 - $175,000
