Full-Time Dispatch Specialist I

Brightspeed is seeking a Dispatch Specialist I to join our team.

As a Dispatch Specialist, you will monitor technician workflow, evaluating and reassigning work as needed. You'll provide updates and status information on work progress, escalating issues appropriately.

Responsibilities include:

1. Utilizing systems to monitor workflow and assign work to qualified technicians.
2. Evaluating and reassigning work to available technicians.
3. Monitoring and regulating work volumes.
4. Communicating with technicians and other departments to resolve availability imbalances.
5. Reading and analyzing exception service orders/repair tickets to assign to appropriate technicians based on company criteria.
6. Ensuring accurate processing of service orders and repair tickets.
7. Utilizing job skills, company policies, and dispatch procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School, GED, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service background.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Windows.
• Understanding of team collaboration.
