Implementation Manager - Emerging - Specialty Contractor
We're looking for a dynamic Implementation Manager to help with customer training and onboarding for SMB Customers. You will manage a portfolio of new and existing customers, guiding them through onboarding and implementation to go live on the Levelset platform. Your goal is to decrease time-to-value for our growing customer base and drive product adoption.
As the first point of contact after purchase, you'll deliver an exceptional initial experience, setting customers up for long-term success. This role reports into the Manager, Customer Success and is an opportunity for growth in Customer Success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer training sessions (phone, screen-share, email, occasional in-person)
- Manage SMB customer onboarding (webinars, 1:1 meetings)
- Develop training content (guides, webinars, videos, knowledge base articles)
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers for account support and expansion
- Assist customers with basic Levelset-other system integrations
- Understand customer data (jobs, contacts, financials) and its synchronization with Levelset offerings
- Work with the Education Experts team to innovate and scale existing processes
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in Customer Success or Onboarding
- Proven ability to guide customers through new processes
- Outstanding communication skills (phone, email, video)
- Strong active listening skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and resourceful
- Tech-savvy and quick learner
