Job Details

Leads and manages customer relationships and account strategy. Drives integrated programs aligning field marketing with sales objectives. Responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding market share through strategic distributor engagement. Develops plans to deepen channel penetration, grow customer relationships, and activate field promotions. Accountable for revenue and profitability goals. Bilingual English and French Canadian an asset.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for sale of products through commercial classes of trade.
  • Builds relationships at all levels of National and large regional accounts.
  • Conduct business reviews to drive share of shelf, competitive gains, and joint field marketing.
  • Coordinate customer sales meetings and product training.
  • Monitor market trends and communicate to management.
  • Document sales activities in CRM software.
  • Attend conventions and trade shows for business development.
  • Manage territory budget.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of field sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of commercial sales market
  • Security or safety lockout sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel required.
  • Track record of successful performance in commercial/industrial sales.
  • Experience with CRM software imperative.
  • Bilingual in French Canadian and English a plus
