Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Increase sales revenue (volume and velocity) at assigned distributors
- Manage product mix and efficient inventory levels
- Comprehensive distribution account management
- Analytical analysis of Market, Competitor, DTAM, POS, POA, Price, Inventory, etc.
- Manage distributor promotions programs and special product incentive plans
- Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager to support goals
- Increase customer satisfaction
- Forecasting (FY budget and MTP)
- Accurate PSI, FLASH, and CRM Reporting
- Work with sales to follow up on specific focus opportunities
- Marcom / COOP
- Financial: Assure collection ratio, minimize losses, maximize profits
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years’ experience in electronic components sales
- Strong sales discipline and negotiation capabilities
- Experience managing through outside sales channels (distributor/rep)
- Strong analytical skills (Trend and systematic analysis)
- Strong project management skills
- Capable of managing large distributor
- Proficient with Windows Office
- Must be living near a major airport (Phoenix and Montreal) and have a valid passport
