Job Details
As a District Sales Manager, you will:
- Maintain and expand relationships with Systems Integrators and local Dealers.
- Grow our share of wallet within the Intrusion Alarm and Access Control product portfolio.
- Achieve a sales quota and assigned account objectives for local, national and/or global partners.
Responsibilities:
- Promote Intrusion and Access Control portfolios.
- Establish productive, professional relationships within the branch networks of our Accounts.
- Support Design Engineers within an assigned District and/or Region.
- Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives.
- Utilize CRM tool daily.
- Develop and manage project pipeline.
- Attend regional road shows, industry, and trade association meetings.
- Provide feedback on product requirements, market tends, and end-user feedback.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Key Account Managers and Enterprise Account Managers.
- Engage with business partners to drive new sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Sales preferred.
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative.
- Strong team player.
- Requires at least 70% travel within the Southeastern United States.
