Full-Time District Sales Manager (DSM)

• Maintain and expand relationships across Key Accounts, System Integrators, local Dealers and Distributors.
• Grow our share of wallet within the Intrusion Alarm and Access Control product portfolio.
• Achieve a sales quota and assigned account objectives.

• Promote Intrusion and Access Control portfolios.
• Establish productive, professional relationships within branch networks.
• Support Design Engineers within assigned District/Region.
• Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives.
• Utilize CRM tool daily.
• Develop and manage project pipeline.
• Attend regional road shows and industry meetings.
• Provide feedback on product requirements and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Key Account Managers.
• Engage with business partners (Genetec, Brivo, etc.).

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or commensurate experience in Security Sales.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Technical Sales.
• Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and innovative abilities.
• Strong team player.
• Must be U.S. work authorized.
