Job Details
As a District Sales Manager, you will maintain and expand relationships across Key Accounts, System Integrators, local Dealers, and Distributors within an assigned District. You are responsible for growing our share of wallet within the Intrusion Alarm and Access Control product portfolio and achieving a sales quota.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the Intrusion and Access Control portfolios of Radionix/Bosch products.
- Establish productive relationships within branch networks, supporting Account Managers and Operations Managers.
- Support Design Engineers within the assigned District/Region.
- Meet assigned sales volume and strategic objectives.
- Utilize CRM tool daily to update contacts, schedules, and opportunities.
- Develop and manage project pipeline to drive incremental revenue.
- Attend regional road shows and industry meetings.
- Provide feedback on product requirements and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve account objectives.
- Partner with Key Account Managers to achieve objectives within Strategic Accounts.
- Engage with business partners to drive new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Technical Sales.
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strategic planning abilities.
- Strong team player with resourcefulness and self-confidence.
- Requires at least 70% travel within New York, New Jersey, and New England.
