As a District Sales Manager, you will lead a team of field sellers and help formulate and execute a strategy to maximize business growth. You are instrumental in developing and managing your team to generate revenue and achieve quotas. We are looking for a proven first-line sales leader with great energy to drive team performance and revenue growth. This role will entail:
  • Deeply understanding your customers’ needs
  • Bringing support to your team
  • Coaching direct reports on strategies to drive closure
  • Actively engaging in territory planning and development
  • Leading a high-performance sales culture
  • Driving and overseeing team selling opportunities
  • Holding team and self accountable to achieve challenging goals
  • Communicating with leaders at all levels
  • Developing a winning team, including recruiting, hiring and training
Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally experience in enterprise browser security. Proven leader with the ability to create high performing teams. Track record of successful sales pipeline management and results. Highly driven individual with an execution focus. Track record of consistently delivering revenue numbers and goals. Capable of successfully managing significant client escalations and issues. Excellent at influencing others; ability to communicate effectively and build consensus.
