Full-Time District Sales Manager (Oregon, Washington, Alaska & Nevada)

The District Sales Manager (DSM) will support a high-performance sales team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales budget for the district.
• Manage activities within district expense budget.
• Ensure distributor engagement & support for a strong customer pipeline (e.g., surgeon webinars, qualified surgeon lab attendees).
• Provide technical assistance to surgeons and OR personnel (including first case assistance).
• Assist in hiring, performance management, and rep conversions (1099 to W2).
• Develop a pipeline of new surgeon trainees and users with the sales force.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Business preferred.
• Five years sales experience in orthopedic medical devices (foot and ankle preferred).
• Sales coaching & development experience (2+ years leading direct sales teams preferred).
• Comfortable working in Operating Room environments, instructing Surgeons.
• Ability to travel up to 70%, including overnight travel.
