Lead a team of experienced sellers to maximize business growth. Develop and manage your team to drive transformational deals and accelerate growth.

- Deeply understand customer needs through research to gain insights into priorities.
- Provide robust support to your team by actively participating in and leading customer meetings.
- Analyze weekly territory pipeline and forecasting activities to coach direct reports on closure strategies.
- Engage proactively in territory planning and development, fostering C-suite relationships and seizing opportunities to drive revenue by assisting your team.
- Cultivate a high-performance sales culture that consistently delivers outstanding results in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy. Mentor and develop your team for sustained success.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of the portfolio to holistically solve customer problems.
- Drive and oversee team selling opportunities, ensuring a collaborative and cohesive approach.
- Hold both your team and yourself accountable for achieving challenging goals, maintaining a forward-thinking approach in setbacks.
- Effectively communicate with leaders at all levels, including the C-suite, establishing open and trusting relationships.

- Build and manage strategic partnerships.
Experience needed:
- Proven leadership skills building high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in SaaS-based architectures and cloud technology (ideally networking or security industry)
- Expertise in the German public sector, particularly in state & local government
- 2+ years experience managing a high-performing DQC Team
- Indirect and direct sales strategies experience
- Consistent year-over-year success in managing sales pipelines, achieving/exceeding targets
- Focus on execution, sense of urgency, entrepreneurial spirit
- Meeting/exceeding revenue goals while developing teams
- Strong influencing skills, internal & external communication to build consensus
- Understanding that teamwork achieves best results, fostering strong relationships
- Developing and executing sales initiatives
- Building & managing strategic partnerships
- Fluency in German & English, excellent written & verbal communication
