Job Details
District Sales Manager (DSM) will support a high-performance sales team. Acts as a liaison for corporate support to meet sales goals. Collaborates with Sales Operations, Marketing/Med Ed, and Customer Service. Ensures support for surgeons and positive culture. Reports to Regional Vice President, Sales. Primary responsibility: achieving sales budget for the district.

- Achieve district sales budget.
- Manage activities within district expense budget.
- Ensure distributor engagement and support.
- Provide technical assistance to surgeons and OR personnel, including first case support.
- Assist with hiring, performance management, and rep conversions (1099 to W2).
- Develop pipeline of new surgeon trainees and users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business preferred.
- 5+ years sales experience in orthopedic medical devices (foot and ankle preferred).
- 2+ years sales coaching and development experience leading direct sales teams preferred.
- Comfortable working in Operating Room environment instructing Surgeons.
- Ability to travel up to 70%, including overnight travel.
