We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) Pre-Sales Architect. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and make a meaningful impact on our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Leadership
- Work alongside the Commercial Lead to qualify opportunities and define the engagement approach.
- Lead pre-sales technical/functional support activities for prospective and existing customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Own and drive all aspects of the pre-sales process, collaborating with teams across Hitachi Solutions.
- Develop solution visions for complex enterprise-level sales opportunities.
Microsoft Expertise
- Provide specialist knowledge and advice on applying Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) to various business contexts.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Power Platform capabilities, tailored to customer needs.
- Act as a Microsoft Evangelist, helping customers and internal teams understand the value of Microsoft technology in solving business challenges.
Customer Engagements
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, instilling confidence in our solutions.
- Work closely with customers to understand their strategic objectives, key challenges, and program requirements.
- Develop and articulate solution visions leveraging Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, AI-driven insights, and industry accelerators.
- Align solutions with Hitachi Solutions’ best practices, including User-Centered Design (UCD) and Change Adoption strategies.
Knowledge Transfer and Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams to develop solution visions that align with customer objectives and are commercially viable.
- Identify and document customer success stories to demonstrate our expertise to future clients.
- Ensure seamless knowledge transfer from pre-sales to consulting/delivery teams.
- Support Sales and Marketing by contributing to sales strategies, go-to-market initiatives, and marketing content.
Proposal and Presentation
- Develop high-quality bids and proposals for prospective customers.
- Deliver compelling customer presentations that clearly communicate our solution vision and expertise.
- Support the development of marketing collateral and assist in marketing campaigns.
Other Skills & Experience
- Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions & integrations.
- Experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or Consultancy with a focus on Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong ability to craft effective and innovative solutions to complex business problems.
- Proven experience in preparing and delivering proposals, responses, and presentations.
- Demonstrable Programme-level Solution Architect experience.
- Expertise in Solution and Integration Design, including Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240, PL-200, PL-400) are highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage multiple engagements effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
