Full-Time Employee Communications & Engagement Manager

As the Employee Communications and Engagement Manager, you'll drive communications & initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, promote collaboration, and reinforce our values. You will lead high-exposure projects that impact the organization.

What you'll do:

• Develop, implement, and maintain internal communications and employee engagement strategies aligning with our mission, values, and objectives.
• Work with marketing, HR, and relevant departments to amplify engagement and internal communication.
• Design and execute communication strategies keeping employees informed about company updates and achievements.
• Create and implement feedback mechanisms for employee input.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to integrate engagement initiatives.
• Build a culture of recognition celebrating achievements.
• Use employee engagement metrics to assess initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.
• Generate regular reports on engagement trends.

What you need to succeed:

• 3+ years of Internal Communications experience
• Extensive project management experience with high-exposure cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of employee engagement and communication strategies, best practices, and industry trends
• HR experience (employee engagement/experience)
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful engagement initiatives

Compensation: $71,500-$95,500 (plus discretionary bonus). Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and employment laws.

Location: Permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our headquarters. No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
