Full-Time Talent Development & Culture Specialist

As a Talent Development & Culture (TD&C) Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to pivot into the People Team from another part of the business and bring a fresh perspective to how we connect, recognize, and grow our people.

Responsibilities:

1. Program Coordination & Delivery: Support the delivery and coordination of learning programs (onboarding, recognition, engagement campaigns). Own logistics, content preparation, invitations, and follow-ups. Ensure materials are aligned with Turnitin’s tone, values, and brand.
2. Content & Communication Support: Draft internal communications about learning, culture campaigns, and employee events. Bring Turnitin’s values and employee value proposition to life through stories and messaging across internal platforms.
3. Data, Feedback & Program Insights: Track program participation and feedback. Maintain content trackers, resource libraries, and metrics dashboards.
4. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Culture Leaders and Communications. Ensure coordination across time zones and functions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in talent development, HR, L&D, Communications, or similar
• Strong communicator, organizer, and collaborator
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate stakeholders
• Comfortable working across teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Skilled in gathering and analyzing data
• Experience in a global or remote work environment is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
