Full-Time Enterprise Account Exec - Fed. System Integrator

Enterprise Account Executive – Federal will generate new business sales revenue in the Federal Government.

This will be achieved through account planning, territory planning, working with Nexthink partners, business development techniques, and field-based sales activities.

Ideal candidate:

• Worked in early-stage companies bringing new/innovative products to market.
• Ability to evangelize the benefits of an ‘experienced-based’ solution.
• Adept at selling to multiple levels of the IT organization.
• Manage customer expectations during Proof of Concept evaluations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals and targets.
• Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify, develop sales pipeline.
• Develop a regional strategy and plan to leverage Nexthink partners.
• Build strong relationships with Program Directors.
• Conduct seminars/trade shows to drive revenue/pipeline.
• Consultative approach to understanding customer challenges.
• Prospect qualification and sales opportunity development.
• Sales process management and opportunity closure.
• Ongoing account management to ensure satisfaction.
• Close business exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual bookings objectives.
• Build strong relationships resulting in growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Professional Services team for customer satisfaction.
• Sell a complete solution (software, services, and support) for customer success.
• Work with Marketing for seminars, trade shows.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience selling enterprise technology to the Public Sector.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of overachievement (President’s Club, Rep of the Year).
• Driven, disciplined, intelligent, and ability to learn quickly.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
