Job Details
We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join Procore’s Sales team. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for existing enterprise accounts, maximizing renewals and expansion. Collaborate with Customer Success, other Sales members, and Product Solution Specialists to expand the customer revenue base.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for your territory, preserving and developing customer relationships, highlighting Procore’s value.
- Work cross-functionally with Inside Sales, Product Specialists, and Customer Success to drive product adoption, retention, and increased spending (upselling/cross-selling).
- Research accounts, identify key champions, generate interest, and understand business requirements.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and sales reports for management.
- Understand key competitors and effectively communicate Procore’s value proposition.
- Manage and maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and account information in Salesforce.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate internal resources to resolve client issues and service agreements.
- Periodic travel to client onsite visits.
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of proven software sales experience (preferably B2B).
- Experience with consultative, solution-based sales methodologies.
- Proven inside sales success.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Post-sale revenue expansion experience (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
- Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting.
Compensation: $109,200 - $150,150 base salary, plus commission for estimated earnings of $218,400 - $300,300. Equity compensation is also available.
