Full-Time Senior DC Investment Director

We are recruiting a Senior DC Investment Director to champion L&G Asset Management's DC investment products and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key contact for Distribution teams on DC investment and ESG matters.
• Support new business and existing client activity.
• Work with Sales teams to support key intermediary accounts.
• Provide key competitor insights.
• Build close relationships with key DC investment advisers.
• Represent L&G Asset Management at conferences.
• Provide DC thought leadership and content.
• Represent DC at investment and ESG events.
• Be a key contact for strategic clients.
• Support DC bundled client relationships.
• Build and manage relationships with DB institutional client directors.
• Provide feedback from clients and advisers on DC investment trends.
• Drive DC-specific investment product development.
• Maintain industry, investment, and marketplace knowledge.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.
• Provide DC investment and ESG expertise to client acquisition, retention, and strategy.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Excellent understanding of investments across different asset classes.
• Deep knowledge of fund structures, operational requirements, and governance.
• Deep working knowledge of the DC market.
• Good working knowledge of ESG factors and market trends.
• Experience working with investment consultants, pension scheme trustees, and pension managers.
• Experience with multi-asset investing.
• Excellent client communication skills.
• Experience presenting at client events and conferences.
