Full-Time Staff Consultant Business Analyst

Requirements:

Total Experience: 7+ years.

Extensive Experience: Business Analyst with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.

In-depth knowledge: CRM business processes (Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules).

Experience in: Agile and Story writing, use cases writing.

Strong understanding: of customization, configuration, workflows, business rules, and Power Platform integration (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Excellent skills: Stakeholder management, communication, and documentation.

Experience with: Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Familiarity with tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong skills: Problem-solving and ability to work independently and in a team.

Excellent communication skills: Verbal and written.

Possess a degree: Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

1. Gather, analyze, and document: business requirements with stakeholders and product owners.
2. Write clear, concise: user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria following Agile practices.
3. Break down complex processes: into epics and stories to create a structured, value-driven product backlog.
4. Act as a key liaison: between business and development teams.
5. Organize stories into themes: and map related business processes.
6. Ensure full business engagement: during design, development, and testing phases.
7. Provide insights: to improve business processes.
8. Working knowledge of Dynamics CRM modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing, including basic admin tasks.
9. Work effectively with global teams: across time zones.
10. Support UAT and ensure requirements are met.
